Záhorské Sady offers high-quality land and terraced houses in an exclusive location near Bratislava. Záhorské Sady brings comfortable living in a sophisticated residential neighbourhood situated north of Bratislava at the foot of the Little Carpathian Mountains.
186,000 square metres were subdivided into 600-square-metre lots for sale, intended for later construction of detached houses and for 72 terraced houses.
The project also includes children’s playground, workout park and relaxation zones with the area being under 24-hour security.
A total €37 million has already been invested into Záhorské Sady.
