Until 2019, a complex of three brutalist buildings from the 1970s known as Transgas stood on a plot of land at the beginning of Vinohradská Street. The upcoming Vinohradská 8 project by companies Penta Real Estate and PSN brings new life to a previously abandoned and dangerous site that has degraded the locality. This project, located above railway tunnels, is located next to Czech Radio and restores historical development to this prestigious location.
The entire block will be pedestrianised, greatly improving pedestrian conditions and creating a pleasant environment for residents and visitors alike. Project Vinohradská 8 is located in a prestigious location for office space, just a few steps from the metro, Wenceslas Square and the main train station. There are plans for 8,200 sqm of boutique offices and shops to meet Vinohradska’s demand.
This luxury residence will also offer quiet living within the block, comprising 194 apartments, which will be complemented by restaurants and shops. The entire project’s architectural design was prepared by the renowned studio Jakub Cigler Architects, who have ensured a harmonious combination of modern living keeping with the historical context.

The planned sales launch is in 2025. This project is scheduled for completion in 2027.
