Masaryčka, the flagship of Penta Real Estate, is becoming the new beating heart of Prague. The unique architecture by the world renowned Zaha Hadid studio creates a new landmark, that replaced the large brownfield belonging to the Masaryk Railway Station, and brings new quality of everyday life into the city centre. This project strives to respect the history of the area and its existing buildings, whilst constructing an extraordinary architectural work that has become an integral part of the modern city.
Both office buildings are completed and are gradually welcoming new tenants. They consist of office floors, two floors occupied by shops, restaurants and other catering establishments, that are easily accessible from the street, from the train station platforms and from the raised canopy parking area. The entire project offers generous space for high standard offices with shared terraces, an emphasis on improving public space, including the reconstruction of the historical train station, new subway entrances, redesign of the adjacent square, and the planting of new greenery.
Thanks to our project, the Masaryk Railway Station area will become an important traffic hub in Prague with a connection to the airport, which is a planned part of the construction of a roof over the rail yard. Additionally Masaryčka has become a meeting place that people not only pass through, but can spend quality time here and meet for both work and entertainment. Zaha Hadid’s new buildings have opened restaurants ranging from pizzerias, Asian restaurants, up to a unique brewery inside the building. For a coffee and dessert, you can stop by the LOKA cafe in the lobby of the office buildings, or at Ollies Boutique. Na Florenci Street thus successfully connected the adjacent city districts from Florence to Žižkov for pedestrians.
The Masaryčka project offers the last vacant spaces, a total of 26,900 m2, of new commercial and office space.
