The luxury residential project Victoria Palace on Vítězné náměstí in Prague 6, on the site of a former vacant lot and a temporary parking lot, has been completed. The building with a beautiful green courtyard and a travertine-lined entrance hall designed by Jakub Cigler Architects is the first modern building on Prague’s third largest square in 87 years.
Penta Real Estate, Kaprain Group and the Prague 6 municipality collaborated on the final architectural design, which respects the intentions of the original designs by architect Antonín Engel, who designed the entire Dejvice and the square itself a century ago. The building offers 92 luxury apartments, most of which are already sold out, and 1,900 m² of retail and service space on the ground floor, which is now fully leased.
