Last week we have succesfully carried out the last inspection in the factory and now we are starting to assemble the first facade modules. The facade is truly atypical and its production involved incredible precision, with an emphasis on every small detail.
The weight of the individual modules, that make up the entire Masaryčka Tower is apr. 500-900 kilograms, and between 800-1500 components are needed to produce every single one. The basic material is aluminum and the slats are made in two colors – gold and anthracite. The proportions of these two aluminum sheets vary throughout the different parts of the building, creating organic effects both in shape and in the color of the surface as a whole.
