BCT is a modern office complex strategically located in Kosice, with good traffic connections and access to major roads.
More than 32,000 square metres of office space and almost 700 parking spaces are available for lease at the two buildings of BCT 1 and BCT 2.
Currently, both buildings are fully occupied by tenants such as T-Systems, Svet Zdravia, Dôvera and Veolia.
The third building, BCT 3, is currently in the design phase and should add a further 16,000 square metres of office space and 300 parking spaces to the complex.
