Our management at Penta Real Estate consists of real estate professionals with experience in the investment sector, where most of us originate from.

Marek Dospiva

Partner

Within Penta Investments, Marek Dospiva oversees the development of real estate projects in the Czech Republic.

Juraj Nevolník

Country Managing Director for Slovakia

Juraj joined Penta in 2010 as a student. During his tenure in the real estate division he played a crucial role in several successful projects, including the development of the Bory residential zone, Rosum office project and SKY PARK Offices. Since 2017 he has been overseeing Penta Real Estate in Slovakia. Under his leadership the company’s real estate portfolio continues to significantly expand with an aim to positively contribute to the overall development of Bratislava. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Slovak Technical University.

David Musil

Country Managing Director for Czech Republic

David, who has been working at Penta since 2008, was responsible for the first development project of Penta Real Estate in the Czech Republic – Florentinum, which has won several prestigious awards. Until 2023 he was responsible for all of Penta Real Estate’s residential and hotel projects in the Czech Republic. Since 2024 he is Country Managing Director in the Czech Republic, where his priority is the further expansion of Penta Real Estate’s portfolio in the Prague market and the building of a strong team of professionals.

Previous to working at Penta, David worked for Knight Frank in Prague, as well as in PJ Hegarty & Sons and Laing O’Rourke in Dublin, Ireland.

He’s occasional lecturer at Czech Technical University in Prague from where he obtained his Master and Ph.D. degree.

Michal Pindroch

CFO Penta Real Estate Group

Michal joined Penta in 2017 as an analyst, specializing in real estate projects in Slovakia. In 2018, he expanded his responsibilities to include projects in the Czech Republic, and two years later, he assumed leadership of the analytics department within the Penta Real Estate group. Today, Michal holds the position of Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the group’s management, particularly in the areas of financial planning, capital allocation, financing, taxes, and risk management across both countries where the company operates.

Pavel Streblov

Business Director Commercial RE

Pavel was leading the construction of Aviatica in the Waltrovka project in Prague 5, which won, among other awards, the CEEQA Award for the Best Development Project in Central and Eastern Europe. He is now responsible for all office building projects in the Czech Republic, including the revitalization of the Masaryk Station (Masarykovo nádraží). He joined Penta as an experienced real estate manager in 2012. In the past, he was a partner in the 3C real estate private equity fund and an advisor of financial institutions and the Ministry of Finance and he also worked for the bond division of JP Morgan in London.

Rudolf Vacek

Development Director

In 2010 Rudolf started at Penta Real Estate as a consultant. He is currently responsible for the overall preparation and execution of Penta Real Estate’s commercial and residential projects in the Czech Republic. He is among the narrow group of experts whose signature is under the exceptional Florentinum, the new Waltrovka district in Prague 5, the revitalization project of the land near the Masaryk Station (Masarykovo nádraží) and other projects. Prior to joining Penta, he worked for Bovis Lend Lease on a number of significant buildings in the Czech Republic and London.

Michal Rehák

Business Director

Michal joined Penta after his university graduation in 2011. He started working as a member of the Penta Real Estate division, primarily specialising in commercial real estate projects. Since 2018 he has broadened his horizons after entering the field of residential real estate. Since then he has continued to expand the Bory district development and is responsible for shaping the entire residential portfolio of Penta Real Estate in Slovakia.
